Copper Clout Nail

A cut clasp nail is a type of nail that is commonly used in construction for
attaching wood to wood or wood to other materials.

It features a rectangular shank that is wider than the nails head, which
provides additional holding power and prevents the nail from pulling out of
the material.

They can also be used when attaching roofing slate to battens.

Aluminium Clout Nails

Aluminium clout nails, also known as aluminium roofing nails, are specialized
fasteners used in roofing applications. These nails are made from aluminium,
which makes them lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and highly durable.
Aluminium clout nails have a large, flat head that provides a secure grip and
prevents the nail from pulling through the material. Can also be used for
attaching plain roof tiles to battens.

Galvanised Clout Nails

A galvanized clout nail, also known as a galvanized roofing nail, is a type of
nail that is commonly used in roofing and other outdoor construction projects.
These nails are made from steel that has been coated with a layer of zinc
through a process called galvanization. Galvanization involves immersing the
steel in a bath of molten zinc, which forms a protective layer on the surface of
the metal. This layer of zinc helps to prevent rust and corrosion, which can
occur when the nail is exposed.

Cut Clasp Nails

A cut clasp nail is a type of nail used in construction and woodworking for
attaching wood to wood or wood to other materials. It has a rectangular
shank that is wider than the nail's head, providing additional holding power
and preventing the nail from pulling out of the material. Also used to attach
traditional oak flooring.

Silicon Bronze Nails

A silicon bronze nail is a type of fastener made from a copper alloy that
contains around 96% copper, 3% silicon, and small amounts of other
metals such as manganese, zinc, and iron. This type of nail is known for
its strength, durability, and resistance to corrosion, making it a popular
choice for outdoor and marine applications. Used to attach cedar shingles
or cedar wall cladding.

Galvanised Ring Shank

A galvanized ring shank is a type of nail or fastener that is coated with a
layer of zinc to prevent corrosion and rust. The ring shank refers to the
shape of the nail, which has rings or spirals along the shank or body of
the nail that help provide additional grip and holding power. Used to attach
fencing.

Oval Nails

An oval nail is a type of fastener that is characterized by its oblong, flattened
head, which is wider than the shank or body of the nail. Oval nails are typically
made from steel and are available in a variety of sizes and lengths, ranging
from small finishing nails to larger framing nails. Used to attach thin architrave.

Lost Head Nails

A lost nail head refers to a situation where the head of a nail becomes separated
or detached from the shank or body of the nail. This can happen for a variety of
reasons, such as a weak or faulty nail, improper installation, or overuse or wear
and tear. Used to attach floorboards or skirting.

Sheradised Square Twisted Nails

A sherardized square twisted nail is a type of fastener that is typically made from
steel and is coated with a layer of zinc to protect against corrosion and rust. The
"square twisted" design refers to the shape of the nail, which has a square
cross-section and is twisted along its length to provide additional grip and
holding power.
Used to attach joist hanger or nail plate brackets.

Copper Disc Riverts

A copper disc rivet is a type of fastener that is used to join two or more materials
together, typically metal, by passing a copper rivet through pre-drilled holes and
then hammering or compressing the end of the rivet to create a permanent
connection.
Used to attach fibre cement sales.

Galvanised Spring Head Nails

A galvanized spring head nail is a type of fastener that is made from steel and is
coated with a layer of zinc to protect against corrosion and rust. The "spring head"
design refers to the shape of the nail, which has a wider, flattened head that is
curved upward, similar to a spring. This design helps to distribute the weight and
force of the nail more evenly over the surface it is being driven into, reducing the
risk of damage or splitting.
Used to attach galvanised sheeting.

Bright Nails

A bright nail is a type of fastener that is typically made from steel and has a
smooth, shiny, and uncoated surface. Bright nails are sometimes also
referred to as uncoated nails, and they are commonly used in indoor
applications where the risk of corrosion and rust is low.
